I’M CLAUSTROPHOBIC, CAN I PLAY ANYWAY?

Of course! None of our rooms are particularly small. We also leave our exit doors unlocked for safety so you are free to leave at any time if you feel uneasy.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PLAY?

You do not need anything in particular to play. All we ask is you bring an open mind and try a bit of lateral thinking!

I WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE WITH MY COLLEAGUES AS PART OF A “TEAM BUILDING” OR COMPANY SESSION, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes! We can happily run games for larger events. Contact us by email or call us with your numbers and we can individually tailor sessions to your needs.

ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Our game is designed to enable people with physical disabilities to participate. We appreciate advance notice so we can make a few very minor adjustments to our set up, but our rooms are accessible if accompanied by at least one able bodied person. Access to the building for wheelchair users is by Summerhall Square to the right of the building as youlook at it from the front.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We always recommend setting aide 90 minutes for the full experience, this includes 60 minutes in the room and 15 on either side for a briefing from your games master.

FROM WHAT AGE?

We would suggest a minimum age of 12 years as the clues/puzzles are designed for adults. Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.

WHAT HOURS ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open 2-10, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We’re closed Monday and Tuesday but open 10-10 on weekends. Please remember to arrive punctually 5 minutes before your game. Our timings can often change during school holidays or bank holidays, all changes are displayed on our social media pages.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

As this is a timed escape room experience and we often have teams booked in around your slot, time is critical. Unfortunately if you arrive late, you might not be able to play. If it looks like you might be late give us a call and we’ll see what we can sort.

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we operate s booking and calendar system here on our website. Bookings can fill up quickly so we would always recommend booking fast. If you’re having any issues feel free to give us a call and we’ll get you booked in over the phone.
